Our Services

Our Services

At Diaspora Lodge Supporting People Limited, we provide comprehensive support tailored to individuals whatever their needs. Our dedicated team assists residents with medication compliance and connects them to essential community resources including drug and alcohol services, counselling, employment opportunities, and healthcare providers. We foster personal growth through specialised men’s and women’s groups, as well as weekly one-to-one sessions where clients can discuss concerns, plan for their future, and develop community engagement skills. Our practical life skills program includes cooking, healthy eating education, budgeting assistance, and home maintenance guidance. Throughout their journey, we accompany clients to medical appointments and mental health reviews, ensuring they receive consistent care while building independence in a supportive environment.

Our accommodation is designed specifically for adults aged 18-70 who experience vulnerability and mental health needs.
